| 1:25.8 | Anyhow, Ava came down to visit her dad here in Myrtle Beach, stayed here a few times, fell in love with this community. |
| 1:29.5 | I came down. It was like, oh, yeah, yeah, this is what we're looking for. So the house we bought is a half mile from Ava's dad and we visit him from time |
| 1:37.1 | to time, Ava more so than me. The other day, Ava made some bread, took it over to give to her dad and her stepmom, opened the door. |
| 1:47.7 | I walked in, and I had been there in a few weeks. |
| 1:51.1 | I hadn't seen Mr. Lee, his dad, I hadn't seen Mr. Lee in a few weeks. |
| 1:56.4 | And he saw me and shook my hand and said, hi, David, how are you? |
