Good health doesn't come in a pill or a prescription from a program or a physician. It actually comes from looking to tips and traditional health ways from the past. We can have optimal health today by living more like our ancestors did. Find the foods that kind of will give you the biggest bang for your buck and your body will thank you. The real stuff is so much better than anything in a package or a can. I think our body will give us signals about satiation and also what will benefit us best if we actually stop and listen.
