Would you turn please to Galatians, the third chapter this evening?

We've been ministering for the past, I guess, three weeks on the subject of being redeemed from the curse.

And we're happy about it.

And we're glad about it.

And so let's read our text and go further into this tonight.

A lot of things that I'd like for us to get to.

Galatians 313, are you there?

It says Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law being made a curse for us for it is written

cursed is everyone that hangs on the tree that you know even in the King James here, on a tree doesn't end with a period.

That's a colon there, isn't it?

So it's a pause.

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, and the way he did it was by being made a

curse in our stead because it's written cursed as everyone that hangs on a tree, and he was hung on the tree, and he became a curse in our stead because it's written cursed as everyone that hangs on a tree and he was

hung on the tree and he became a curse for us there that verse 14 that in other words he did that

in order that the blessing of abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Hallelujah.

Now this is not something the Lord said he's going to do.

Didn't say the Lord's in the process of doing this.

What does it say?

Christ hath.

What does that mean?

Already has.
