Today I speak with none other than George Galloway.

I know we can't cover your entire career in 15 minutes, but I'm going to do my damnedest.

You spent three decades in Parliament, and you've been a trailblazer in UK politics, especially with regard to the issue of Palestine. Why do you think it's so important

to be vocal on that issue? And have you seen a change in the sentiment over the years? Do you

think people are starting to wake up to the plight of the Palestinians?

Well, I've been 50 years in politics, but don't tell the wife she thinks I'm only 45.

And in that 50 years, much of it has been taken up by the issues in the Middle East, not just Palestine,

but of course the Iraq war was seminal in my political lifetime, and then Libya, then Syria, now Yemen.

So as it happens, I became a specialist in the Arab conflicts, Arab politics entirely by chance,
