filmmakers behind the hit documentary Killing Gaza that just came out. Max Blumenthal and

Dan Cohen spent months in Palestine

to get the firsthand stories of the people who live there

in what the UN has called an open-air prison.

with Dan Cohen and Max Blumenthal.

Max, Dan, thank you for being here.

First of all, congrats on an incredible film.

It's gripping, it's emotional, it's journalism at its best.

I know it took a couple of years to get it made.

I just wonder if you can start off Dan by talking about the process of making it and being there and what they made of you just showing up with a camera.

Were they, were Ghazans friendly to you?

Well, I mean, when Max and I first arrived in Gaza, we were there strictly for journalistic

purposes.

We didn't have, you know, this grand idea of making this documentary, but we, you know, got to these bombed out kind of rubble scapes,
