Felger and Mass on 985, the Sports Hub. I would say this. Again, this gets back to the locker room. I talked to a bunch of players today just about how Drake May has looked, fallen up on my question that I asked to draw on the press conference today. It sounds like he's playing really well in practice. So I think this decision is going to be made for them eventually, one way or the other, whether it's the losing, whether it's Jacobi Brisset gets banged up because he's getting hit 10 times a game, or if it's eventually Drake May looks so damn good in practice, we have to get him out there.

One player told me he looks smooth, that he's out there he's out there and he's actually going through, they

can tell, these defensive players, can tell that he's going through his reads. One player

told me it's nice because he's not just out there BS and around when it comes to running the

scout team stuff, because you'll get some guys, apparently, sometimes in different NFL

locker rooms, when they're the scout team quarterback, it's their time to shine. And they just want to run around and make a bunch of plays. And sometimes that's okay if you're about to go up against a quarterback who wants to work off script. But he's been working on script, and he's been giving the defense a good look when it comes to playing in rhythm and on time. Those are two things that Alex

Van Pelt is obsessed with. So if he is progressing the way it sounds like he's progressing,

he's going to be out there sooner rather than later. Could this be it? Could this be it for

Jacoby percent? I think it could be. Yeah, Miami Week 5 to me is a nice little landing spot,

isn't it? You're at home. You're playing a beatable Miami team.

You've had enough time, again, to prepare the way that I think he's been preparing over the course of last month.

That, to me, feels like a really nice spot.

So unless they surprisingly play really well what Jacoby Brouset, and Jacobi Brouset looks great,

I think week five could definitely be in play for Drake May.

Phil Perry last night, growing chorus among the guys who covered the team, talk to people down

there, we're closing in on it.

So we'll see.
