Hey everybody, welcome to Red Pillier Healthcasts. I am Dr. Charlie Faganholz and here with

Lauren Johnson nurse practitioner. And this is going to be an awesome episode. This is kind of our

background why we wanted to do this podcast. The world didn't need another podcast, but a world

needed more truth on a podcast.

And so that's kind of what we want to do.

And we want to address a lot of the elephants in the room.

So let's jump right in, Lauren.

I'm excited to do this.

There's a lot that needs to be said.

And I feel like we have a pretty good, even voice to say those things.

Totally. And so one of the things that we've been talking about is how I started from this more holistic

medicine for the last seven years.

And Lauren started from Western medicine and has transitioned over to the more holistic

medicine.

So it's definitely going to be a really cool dynamic of conversations we have.

At the end of this podcast, we'll talk about things that we're trying to get into,

like different episode topics.

But before that, let's kind of talk about what has gotten us to this place.
