The race is on and Red Bull is the first of F1's big guns to launch its 22 car with the RB18

revealed in a digital launch today. But given what we've seen shows

very little of the real car, what exactly is Red Bull hiding and what conclusions can we really

draw from what we've seen. I'm Ed's Draw and to answer those questions and many more, I'm joined

by Gary Anderson and Mark Hughes. Well Mark, as always with our car reveal podcast, we'll dive straight into it.

Now, we didn't expect Red Bull to give away too many secrets with this car launch,

but they've really gone to extremes with this one, haven't they?

Yeah, I don't even believe that was a Red Bull.

It's got so many elements from other generic show cars that we've seen,

from the F1

authentic air box inlet, the wind tunnel model front wing, the generic cars, side

pods, it's just in Red Bull livery. So yeah, I think what we will actually see at testing

in Barcelona won't look very much like that.

It has a hope not, almost, from Red Bull's perspective, because it would be pretty much at the

back, I imagine, if they do that. Gary, why do you think they go to these lengths to hide what's

going on with the car and also, how irritating is it that they've badged this as a car launch,

and you're just looking at

something that doesn't bear any resemblance to reality? Well, it's very frustrating, obviously,

but I've sort of written my detailed analysis that as best I can based on what they show us,

because that's all we can do. What do we do? Do we not bother? What's the point in it really?

Is it just something that Red Bull wanted to be able to say that Oracle were joining
