So today's episode is just a little spacer before season two starts next week. I put together some short clips of about six

different episodes that were recorded this past season and I've got some updates

on a few people as well. The introduction topics that I've covered so far have

ranged from stigma to cross addictions to mommy wine culture, but the topics

that got the most attention were people pleasing and gray area drinking. Proof

that maybe this podcast steps outside of the alcoholic bounds and talks about

topics that we can all relate to.

I've received messages from all kinds of people,

people in their first week of sobriety,

people who are still on the fence about quitting drinking,

and spouses and loved ones of alcoholics who don't yet understand what goes on inside of our brains.
