| 0:00.0 | Hey everybody, Rob Mauer here, and today we are primarily talking about Tesla's numbers |
| 0:11.5 | for August in China. |
| 0:12.5 | We've got data from the China Passive Jocar Association on both sales and production, |
| 0:17.3 | so we're going to talk about that. |
| 0:18.9 | And the implications of that for the rest of Q3, then we do have a couple of other items |
| 0:22.7 | as well. |
| 0:23.7 | Nice day for Tesla today, though, again, finishing up 2% on the date close at $289.26, although |

| 0:43.0 | So I think we're again exclusively reporting on these this month. |
| 0:47.0 | So not to bury the lead at all. |

| 1:01.4 | had been about 71,000 vehicles produced in June. |
| 1:05.3 | So we have seen Tesla set a new record at Shanghai. |
| 1:08.1 | Someone expected, but Tesla did have downtime during the quarter. |
| 1:11.1 | Remember the Model 3 line was down the first week, the entire first week of August. |
| 1:16.4 | Tesla for the rest of the month averaged 5,800 Model 3s per week. |
| 1:20.5 | So if we exclude that downtime, Tesla would have pretty easily been over 80,000 vehicles |
| 1:25.2 | in August and if we annualize that gets us really, really close to a million vehicles |
| 1:30.5 | per year in terms of the production rate. |
