And it was like in the spring and they basically, I was on medications and in therapy.

And then the fall came around and I was like really feeling it. I was like sad and the winter was really

long and heavy and my therapist was like you should get a sun lamp or what I don't know what

they're called. So I talked to my doctor about it and she told me like it has to be this amount of

That's right. So I got that. And this year I pulled it out early because this whole week, I'm in

Wisconsin, this whole week has been so gloomy. Actually, the sun is out for the first time this week.

I should go stand outside. This whole week has been dark and gloomy and I'm paying for it. My kids are paying for it. My kids are just

cranky and we can't go outside. We can go outside, but it's like depressing. It feels like the hunger
