0:10.2	the outcomes, then you know everyone's mad about the outcomes, but we've got

1:18.1	from the start though. I have not been the CEO of Code for America for three
1:22.4	years, but I did found it. So I passed the baton to a wonderful leader. I know
1:28.2	the feeling. So, describe for people what Code for America is, which is an
1:34.9	organization I admired from the get go. So we started out with this notion that
1:39.4	some of the principles and practices of what we then called web 2.0, the
1:44.6	participatory web, the lightweight user-centered web could help government and
1:50.4	we started by helping city governments. And now what is it 12 years later? We're
