I just heard a presentation about welfare programs that income control.

There are dozens.

I mean, it is just out of control.

Well, I am sure that supports for education are out of control too.

And harnessing that money to place conditions on it.

I mean, can you imagine telling school districts you don't get any federal money if you accept an education degree as qualifying your teachers?

No more elementary education majors, no more ed school masters for your college degree in a substantive area.

And here's the list of areas that you can major in.

And then we're going to do a teacher test.

Now the minute you do a test, you're going to have a desperate impact.

So you've got to tame the DEI monster.

You know, so we've got this obsession with diversity of the teacher core.

You know, diverse teachers, make better teachers.

None of us has been proven.

There's a zero evidence for any of this. In fact,

evidence to the contrary, because to get a more diverse teacher core, you actually have to

dumb down the teacher core. And there is evidence that smarter teachers are more effective.
