Hey there, this is Mark R. Healy with a recap of the Strata Season 9, Ash and Steel.

Sienna persists in searching for new streams of income as the rebuild in Doctrine continues.

Halliwell is tasked with developing replacement limbs for rust. Although both arms have been restored,

Halliwell's progress

slows as he tries to build new legs. Sienna manages to source an alternative replacement

in the deadlands and together with rust they trek out into the wilderness. Meanwhile,

Emily's distrust of Halliwell grows. Seizing an opportunity, Halliwell breaks free of the lab,

but Emily manages to prevent him taking his briefcase when he goes.

A dealer struck and Emily returns the briefcase in a trade for medical supplies.

Halliwell flees into the southern deadlands and Emily follows.

Rust and Siena reach a settlement called The Vault, located deep within the deadlands,

and Rust is fitted with replacement leaks leaks just in time to help propel

and attack from marauders. A new friendship grows between Siena, Rust and the inhabitants

of the settlement, Tessa and Coltrane, known as custodians. Rust and Sienna prepare to return to the

strata. This completes the recap for this season.
