episode. I want to start by doing some introductions so our viewers and listeners

will get to know who you are and I'll start with my esteemed co-host Christina

Keys. Hi everybody my name is Christina Keys. I am the director of community

growth with caregiving.com. I've also been a family caregiver for my mother

for 10 years. She passed in December. I am still a family caregiver for my ex-boyfriend

and I have been since 2019 both my mother and my ex-boyfriend had a stroke.

I was my caregiver for my mother Sheila for about 10 years.

I passed away 10 years ago at age 83 from all timers. Thank you Bill.
