Hello, Mary Catherine. I'm doing okay. I'm just sort of a mix of feelings, both physical and

mental. The physical is because I am now on week two of the power press. Oh, okay. Look at you.

I have some sciatic issues, but I powered through the burpees.

How about it? It's like, it looks easy, and yet after 15, I'm just like out of breath.
