And what we do here is we show people

how to invest in real estate

with an emphasis on retiring early. So when I got started my content

marketing used to consist primarily what I thought that the seller wanted and

where I made a big mistake was I actually had an attachment to the outcome where I expected something in return.

And that was just a huge mistake. And this is how I do it now.

So, number one, you got to understand the seller's problems.

There's a reason that that seller calls you and not a real estate agent.

They've got something going on in their life that's much bigger than the traditional sale of their home and having to go through all the open houses and all the all the stuff and the days on market

that accompanies that traditional sale. So you've got to really be in tune with that

and understand that. Number two, you've got to research what they're actually

looking for.
