Rebecca Sekulich was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan. She loved all of the things that Dearborn had for her family and the local residents. It was a really beautiful community that was developed by Henry Ford and made into a joyous place to live. She loved playing outside all year round. She loved the home town feel there. There was a great deal of history in her hometown, she loved it. She attended Michigan State University after high school to study geography. She went to Michigan State to study law initially.  She had an opportunity to work in film making during college. She came out to the west coast to continue her work in the entertainment industry.
