What is a good cadence for following up with agents? How often should I call them or text them without coming across overbearing?

So that's the first part.

So a good cadence is going to be agent specific. You're going to be able to tell in your conversations with that person, are they very active? Are they super busy? Are they a hairdresser

full time that sells a house, you know, five times a year. And all of that's good.

We're not going to ever make a judgment on if an agent's going to be worthwhile for us. They all are

worthwhile for us. Just some of them we're going to communicate with and follow up with more often

than others, right? So the ones that are super busy, the ones that have a lot of reviews, the ones that you can tell are doing a tremendous amount of business, they are going to need a follow up very likely every two weeks.

It's going to be at minimum.

If you feel that you're not bothering them, you can start off every week.

But if you keep getting short responses, like

nothing, no, or check again, or just they ghost you, they just don't respond at all,
