Clearly it's not a good sign that he had to walk off and looked in some discomfort with it.

But we'll know more in the next 24-48 hours.

Tonight we're looking back on England's first warm-up game with the big headline is that Trent Alexander Arnold has hobbled off with what looked like a hamstring or a thigh injury.

I mean after all the talk of whether he'd even mate the England squad, he might end up missing the whole thing after all now.

I'm joined by Flo Lloyd Hughes and the Athletics Carl Anker.

To start then a quick thought from both of you to sum up what you've seen tonight from England. Flo, I'll come to you first.

Underwhelming, probably the best way to put it, pretty rusty, which isn't necessarily

surprising, but is no doubt disappointing in some ways just because of

the hype that is always surrounding England and the excitement for the tournament and the

excitement from the squad announcement so yeah a little bit frustrating I think car

sensible rather than spectacular there was no point in that game where I thought England might lose,

but there were also large periods of the game

where I felt my brain slowly drift towards, you know,

direct debits I need to sort out and order my contact lenses.

This is the way of England.

You have to hype.
