Greetings, Parish Orpins and Retrogrades.

And happy Feast of the Annunciation, today, March the 25th, 2022, after nearly 105 full years,

by all appearances, the Russian consecration has been completed.

By all appearances, it happened at 1240. The Russian consecration has been completed.

By all appearances, it happened at 1240, Eastern Standard Time, United States,

that the actual consecration or the consecutive part of the consecration prayer happened.

Pope Francis did it.

It's shocking. It is shocking that this happened under Pope Francis. I guess the God of surprises strikes again. I'll reason about that a little bit today.

It happened exactly at 1.40 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. It was 1240 for me. You've got behind me, I think a picture somewhere of,

do we have that picture? The words of consecration. Let's put that up. And I can't believe it.

So we're going to get into the meat and potatoes of this right now. My reaction to what happened today in the early evening on the feast of the Annunciation

in Rome, in front of the Fatima statue, with all of the world's bishops acting in ecumenical effort and with Russia named for the

first time after 10 failed attempts, I guess the 11th times a charm. God bless you, parish orphans

and retrogrades. Hail. Mary, Hail heaven. It is an amazing time to be alive.

And I sit here before you guys today, awestruck, that no fly landed in the ointment at the last minute.

I'll tell you what my responses were in real time as Pope Francis began and took about four minutes to get to the meat and potatoes part

of the consecratory prayer here in the Vatican.

First, I want to kick a shout out to real estate for life and to kick an admonition out

to all of you parishes orphans retrogrades, who still bother to live in
