Following the Ravens lopsided loss to the Kansas City Chiefs 37 to 20, this was a tough loss.

The Ravens fall to one in three. And this was one of the more lopsided Ravens losses in recent history. It's their

biggest blowout since a 41 to 17 loss of the Bengals in 2021. The first time Lamar Jackson's

lost by more than one score since 2021. It's the first time they're one in three since 2015.

Not where you want to be to begin this season.

Garrett, we're going to break it all down for you.

And just kind of big picture, where do you feel like this team sits right now?

Yeah, this team is at a bit of a crossroads, I think.

They are really in a difficult situation sitting at one and three.

And the way that today's game went, I think, was surprising to a lot of people.

Just everyone knows the Ravens lost a tough game on Monday Night Football to the Detroit Lions,

where the Lions really offensively were able to do what they wanted in that game,

and were able to have a lot of success running the ball and just move the football.

And so you felt like coming into this game in a really important game for both teams. Both the Ravens and the Chiefs came into this one at one and two. The Ravens of the Chiefs have played plenty of big games over the years and they've all been tight. They've all been games that often come down to the wire. And it felt like this one would be in that arena to me. It felt like this was a game that like, hey, the Ravens are, their backs are against the wall, the Chiefs backs are against the wall, and both these teams are to come out. And one of them is going to be the victor, but it's going to be a close game. And so to see it go in the way that it did was surprising. Of course, injuries were a massive piece of the equation. We're going to talk

through all of that, but just like big picture-wise, this was not the showing that I think a lot of

Ravens fans expected from this team. And they're now at a really difficult spot where they're at

one and three. They're looking up at the Steelers in the AFC North standings, but really beyond the standings, this is a team that has a lot of things to fix and they also have a lot of injuries that have now piled up. I mean, John Harbaal said he's concerned, but not overwhelmed by the 1 and 3 start and was pretty frank about the Ravens getting beat offensively, defensively on special teams, coaching players.

They got beat across the board.

And like you said, these are two teams that have locked horns and are two of the

AFC's elite teams.

Right now, the Ravens aren't in that conversation.
