It's come to our attention that a lot of our new subscribers cannot see any of our

earlier content that we had out before we went fully independent.

So, to fix all this, we're going to be re-releasing all of our earlier content.

Enjoy! So the guy told me that our house was haunted and I was like, that's weird.

I'm going to bring this up to my landlord.

So I texted her and I'm like, hey, the guy did a great job on the washing machine.

But also, he said our house is haunted.

And she was like, yeah, he's a really sweet guy, he's just a family friend.

Like completely glossed over the fact that I brought up that our house was haunted.

Like if you're renting a house at someone and they're like, hey is my house on it, you

say yes or no.

Not, oh he's so sweet.

Like, that's weird.

I'm Melissa Sweeney and I'm Nate Reisman and this is you can see me in the dark.

Ask around at a dinner party at a lunch with co-workers, jury duty, and there's usually

somebody who has a ghost story.

That brush against something cold and chilling in the room upstairs, the face that appeared

in the window, something dark and unsettling that happened that one time, a long time ago,

that is safely removed from now.

A story that can be trotted out on demand, because telling it to friends or rap strangers feels safe.

And then, there are those other people.
