And you know, I haven't been doing my pod because I have a little bit of a gag order going on with my divorce.

Yeah, I could ask you about it. And they've been messaging me and I messaged a couple of them back to him like guess what you're gonna get a crossover episode

are we talking about the divorce or no and we're not talking about him but we can talk about the divorce and

everything that you happens in a divorce which has been quite a ride. Yeah well you know last time I saw you well first

of all the last couple times let me start with this you look fantastic like I don't know how many

years I've known you 12 11 11 okay I've never seen you

you always look great I have never seen you look better I'm so happy isn't that great and it's not a happiness that's like I wasn't

happy before because you know me I'm a happy person just keep shoveling one foot in

front of the other that's how we roll.

It's that the part of me that I had to manage that was a marriage that was coming apart and what

it's like to live in a marriage when it's coming apart,

it created internally something that maybe I didn't even understand at the time

was showing up externally, if that makes sense. of course yes yes dress shows on your face

happiness shows on your face all of it and hey it helps when you have a divorce diet because you know nothing like dropping nine pounds.

Listen all I know is last time I saw not last time but one of the times I've seen you

recently you were eating extra protein for a sex date so all I know is that but well and first of all if you're over 45 you

should always be eating extra protein yes that's true and we're going to move to
