Before he joined Ray and Capital, Mitch was with Sweetwater Capital,

Capstone, and Franklin American Mortgage Company working directly with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA,

VA, and all the other lending agencies to basically provide investors with the most quality

sources of financing throughout wholesale and

correspondent channels. He's worked on over 250 million in transactions, everything from
