Everybody was devastated, we had no electricity, we had no running water, we had no food.

This city needed a great leader, and the mayor was a logical choice.

But as billions of dollars begin to flow in for rebuilding, Niggand's anti-corruption

ideals seem to wash away like the floodwaters.

And the mayor sells out the citizens of the Crescent City for a little more than $500,000

in luxury trips, services, and cash.

When his financial needs and his lifestyle definitely outpaced his legitimate income, he

then shows an illegitimate income in those drives and kickbacks.

Every person is here by order to immediately evacuate the city of New Orleans, or if no

other alternative is available, to immediately move to one of the facilities within the city
