0:28.9	I'm Dave Meyer, and today I'm going to break down some recent warnings about the real estate
0:34.4	investing landscape from one of the biggest names in finance and investing,
0:39.5	Ray Dalio.
0:40.9	Dahlio has a pretty unique perspective, although he is retired now.
0:45.0	He did manage the biggest hedge fund in the world.
0:47.5	And personally, I've paid a lot of attention to what Ray Dalio says.
0:52.2	Not necessarily because he is always right, because of course,
0:55.3	no one is always right. But Dalio has a pretty interesting perspective on the national debt,
1:01.0	which is something I worry a lot about. And I think it's something that you all should hear as well.
1:06.4	And in general, I just think that hedge funds and the way they operate offer us as real estate
1:13.4	investors an interesting and different perspective than we normally get. As the name suggests,
1:19.9	hedge funds exist to help investors hedge multiple asset classes, different currencies, different
