So let's jump right in.

Let's start with a question from Graham, who asks,

If you had the opportunity to add one class to general education curriculum with the goal of

promoting critical thinking, what type of class would it be in why? Logic, philosophy, statistics,

etc. Critical thinking. Okay, you want to talk about what you would teach in this hypothetical class?

Yeah, I actually do teach a course in critical thinking. Well, this question isn't easy for you then.

Well, I mean, there's a reason why I teach that class, because I do think it's important.

And in fact, one of the first things I did when I moved to Lehman College at the City University of New York

was to try to move that class from a 200-level to 100-level courses.

So the more people could take it yeah and in fact it's now one of the general distribution

it fulfills one of the general education distributions as it should i think it should actually be

mandatory but so so the reason i answered critical thinking is because it does actually include

all of the above a standard class on class and critical thinking. You know,

different people teach different ways and using different textbooks. But typically, it does
