Heard some comments from Pete Bavakwa in the first hour of the show, and we were talking about the ACC's media campaign against Notre Dame.

But Vauqua was asked about Notre Dame's lack of a social media campaign

to try to counter some of that and make its own case,

you know, again, especially considering the negative campaign that the ACC

was waging against Notre Dame.

And here's what Bavakwa responded to that.

I mean, I went on a few shows Friday and said, you know, why I believed we've earned every

right to be in. Marcus did a few interviews. Everybody, I know everybody has different styles,

right? You know, our style, our approach is what we're doing on the field.

Look at the development and the maturation of C.J. Carr, going from somebody who's never played to, in my opinion, being one of a handful of the very, very best quarterbacks in college football. It was kind of like, hey, if you have this proof on the field, like, what am I going to say that's going to add to that? All right. So that's what Pete Bavakwa had to say.

Do you think they needed to do more, Jesse?

And if so, what would it have looked like?

No, I kind of was under the impression, too.

Like, you know, some people seem to be criticizing them that they didn't do their own, I guess,

you know, platform or campaign. And it's like,

why should you have to do that when it's the literal jobs committee just to get in a room,

watch football and, you know, figure out the things. Like it shouldn't take politicking,

campaigning, you know, putting on the Miami and Notre Dame game
