Welcome back to another episode of Stay Hot.

I'm Blading Kirk joined, as always, by my two favorite co-hosts of all time Matthew Spahn Hour

and Theo Ash.

We are here today to rank our top 10 defenses in the NFL entering the

2025 season. And if you're new to the show or you forgot how we do these rankings, we each come

with our own top 10 filled out and then we use a ranked choice voting format to build a consensus

list. But before we get into that, we do have some build a consensus list. But before we get into that,

we do have some news to talk about. And before we get into that news, I always have to ask my

fellas here, Matt, Theo, how are you guys doing on this beautiful Sunday afternoon slash evening?

Doing very well. It was a big cleaning day for me. Sometimes things just get too messy and you've got to clean the entire house.

Oh, yeah.

And that was me today. Every, every nook and cranny rearranging furniture sweeping, throwing things away.

How do you feel like your new environment will affect your day-to-day routine and habits?

Well, the couch is now more directly in front of the TV, so maybe my neck will feel better.

I totally feel you.

Over the course of the long run.

But that's about it.

We've got a chair that's just not at a good position for the TV.

And when I'm playing a little bit of maybe college football 25, I'm not as effective

as I want to be.

And I'm not having as much fun as I'd like to.
