Being a marketer is no sweat. You just have to manage dozens of channels, launch hundreds of campaigns, score thousands of leads and, okay, fine, it the Nick Baugh podcast.

And this is a topic that I've done now for, gosh, I think nine straight years in covering

Nebraska football on a daily annual basis.

I did it each year on my radio show, game time with Nick Vaugh. And I've

contended it on my podcast now. And I've always really enjoyed doing this. It's time for my

annual ranking of Nebraska schedule from easiest to hardest in terms of its opponents. This is a

really fun way to kind of unpack the schedule.

It's interesting how things end up shaking out and ranking.

And, you know, it's funny, sometimes you can walk away after doing this and going,

damn, this schedule is tough.

Or sometimes you can walk away going, you know, this schedule is a little lighter than I initially thought.

And so there's obviously a million factors that go into, you know, ranking a game and sizing up the opponent and all that where it falls on

the schedule. Is it early? Is it late? Is it after a buy? Who did you just play? Home, Road,

potential weather if games are taking place in September versus, let's say,

mid to late November.

So there's a lot to it.

But before we get started, let me preface everything with this.

It does kind of feel weird to be discussing what games are, quote, easy.

When you are viewing this through the lens of a program that went three and nine last year and has had five straight losing seasons right like that reality isn't

lost on me because i do think to a certain extent when you have had five straight losing seasons, you kind of aren't

afforded the luxury to call any game easy, if we're being honest with each other here.

But I think you guys understand what I'm doing with this topic here, right?
