McFadden alongside me. We're in the beautiful Highlands on a sunny winter's day Rangers, having just

beaten Ross County by one goal to Nil to get back to winning ways.

And Chris Boyd, it wasn't a completely convincing performance, but it was the win they needed.

It was.

You know, the three points we've criticised Rangers for their performances in recent times and said, you know, go and win ugly.

That's what they did today.

And they'll go back down the road happy with the three points. There's still you know a lot lot of work to be done um but to a clean sheet as well um

and there were signs there today um from some people that they were starting to maybe get that

confidence back you know james spoke about it in the show i thought joe araibo again um was one

you know stephen gerard had mentioned it a number was one, you know, Stephen Gerrard had mentioned

a number of times that, you know, he's a good player. He wants the ball, he wants to make

things happen. He did that there today. I thought Ryan Kent wanted the ball and areas that he

could affect the play today as well, rather than just the easy one of just getting on it and

passing it. Yeah, there's a few that their performances weren't great,

but to win ugly sometimes gets you back to winning ways, as we keep saying.

And, you know, I think that Rangers, for all the criticism that they've came in for,

and rightly so domestically.

It sets them up now for a European tie on Thursday night that everybody will be looking forward to.

Yeah, it's a massive week to come for Rangers.
