Good range of motion is the key to living a mobile, active, and fit life,

0:18.0

but range of motion can decrease after an injury or simply as we age.

So today's guest expert, Shane Dowd, joins me to talk about the three exercise pillars that

0:30.6

will help you get and stay fit and flexible. Shane Dowd, the guest on this episode, is a certified massage practitioner,

0:40.5

a strength and conditioning coach, and a corrective exercise specialist, and he's the CEO and

1:43.4

near the ground and your heels planted

1:45.5

firmly beneath you. I've been working on and off for years to make my squat more comfortable,

1:51.2

and after some initial success, I plateaued. So when I heard about Shane's website, I signed up for

1:57.7

his 45-day program to master deep squats.

2:01.9

I was so impressed with his approach and my results that I knew I needed to have Shane on the podcast

2:08.5

so we could nerd out all about range of motion.
