The bitch of it is I was misdiagnosed. So it turned out I went through chemotherapy. They took out my

spleen, half of my lungs, they radiated me, took out my thymus, and then found out I was misdiagnosed.

So what I have is called my lignin thymoma, which is a metastatic cancer

it basically bounces around.

My voice, just to make it better,

the reason I got the weird voice,

and then 1989 I was in a plane crash, broke my neck and I couldn't speak for a year.

And so now obviously I could speak a little bit.

But it was incredible because when you can't speak, you have to listen a lot more,

something I'm not really good at.

And I'll tell you that year, I think was critical for developing those skills.

there's always a lesson to be learned. To me it's kind of like weight loss. Losing weight, really simple, you eat less calories than you burn off.

But it's not easy, otherwise it wouldn't be a bunch of fat people.

So, number one, it takes knowledge. What are you going to do and that's where you can read you can talk to experts talk to someone that's done it talk to someone's been successful.
