Today there's another great stirring around Jerusalem.

And that's right, Jerusalem is in the news once again, and we are very pleased, very fortunate to have with us an expert in things that involve latter-day prophecy in and around Jerusalem.

It's Dr. Randall Price. His book is called Jerusalem in prophecy, and I'm going to start

again because I paced myself badly. That was a good practice.

And that new stirring has to do with Bible prophecy. And we are pleased today to have in studio right here at Prophecy Watchers, Randall Price, who has written a book called Jerusalem

I'm looking forward to talking with you about this because you have spent so much time in Israel.

You know the people, you know the archaeology, and you are, let me just say, someone who enjoys reading a good book on Bible

prophecy. And you've written a few too, right? Now, let's start out by saying that we have our

magazine, The Prophecy Watcher. This is the September 2020 edition, and the cover article is Jerusalem in the coming days by Randall Price, and thanks for contributing to the magazine. What is happening in Jerusalem that we should know about?

Well, Jerusalem is at the center any time in history, has been throughout history.

There have been quiet moments when Jews were scattered from the city as well as scattered

from the land.

There's always been a core of Jewish people who kept to the holy places in Israel, and

Jerusalem was one of those.

So throughout time we've seen letters written back and forth between the diaspora community,

the Jews outside the land, to those inside the land.

And Jerusalem has always been the center of prayer.

Three times a day, Orthodox Jews pray.
