We all have that buddy who just saw a comedian and then

Tries to tell the jokes that they just heard and they butcher it

what, how does it go?

And he was like, oh man, you gotta hear it, man,

it's funny. And you think, but it's funny and you think but it's got to be better than that got to be

or you might be that guy but not likely it could be your brother-in-law some guy at work, but not likely. It could be your brother-in-law, some guy at work, and when they do it,

you're no, no, don't ruin it for me because you're not going to sound anything like

them. Well, it turns out that the President of the United States is that guy.

He's that guy.

Ramone brought something to my attention,

and when we're preparing for one or the other of the shows or a special

podcast sometimes we'll listen to things because one of us on the team discovered it and

we'll send it to everybody and it's good for a chuckle or we never use it and I didn't think this would be something we would use

But I decided we will because it makes a point. It's Ronald Reagan in

1988 telling a joke in front of a group of Coast Guardsmen.

My dad was in the Coast Guard, I have a soft spot for the Coast Guard.

Coast Guard doesn't always get there due. And Reagan's joke is, Reagan, look, nobody has the delivery of Ronald Reagan.

The guy was, he was a great actor he delivered lines in a timely

fashion he was the best at it. I'm not asking anybody to be to his standard so
