Skies are mostly clear. The wind is calm. I'm out before sunrise. In fact, I don't even

see early daylight. I'm not sure how long before the sun pops over the horizon or even begins to

brighten the eastern sky. It's one of those days where I woke

up a little bit earlier than I expected to and I drank my water. It's one of my commitments. I've got

a bottle that I fill up and drink multiple times over the course of a day and before I head out

and do anything, I drink half the bottle of water.

So I did that and I'm now out walking along a wooded trail and in a moment I'm actually going to be going down a hill across a little wooden bridge.

And bridge probably oversells what this thing is.

It looks like a pallet that somebody has anchored across a stream bed.

And oftentimes that stream bed is dry. But after we've had some rain, it can fill up.

And so it's a way to get from one side to the other. So I want to tell you about a podcast that I'm
