Hi everyone, you're listening to After Hours. I'm young me. I'm Felix. I'm here. I feel like it's been a long time since the three of us have been together.

0:51.0

It has been a long time. So I don't know about you guys, but I do this thing where I keep a mental list of things that I want to ask you about when I see you next.

1:01.0

Maybe we should do like a version of this show where we do like a 60 second round robin, like on every single topic that you could possibly imagine.

1:09.0

And you get one minute to answer. Yes. And I'll hit the buzzer. The equivalent of a tweet.

1:15.0

Oh, Felix, go. Oh, easy. So figuring out what we wanted to talk about tonight was hard. But then the end of the day, the one I wanted to pitch to you guys was taxes.

I want to talk about personal income taxes because Biden has put forth a proposal that has some pretty eyebrow raising pieces to it.

1:46.0

I think one of the most eyebrow raising pieces to it is raising the capital gains tax not by a little.

1:53.0

Yeah. And so I wanted to ask about that. And then me here, you had a phenomenal topic. You wanted to bring it.

1:59.0

You know, I think it's kind of just amazing. Sometimes people just time things in the world perfectly. So I think young me, we see companies all the time.

2:08.0

Yes.

2:09.0

Kind of rethinking strategy from the ground up right now because of everything that's going on in the world. And then lo and behold, who comes out with a book?

2:17.0

What could it be? Who could it be?

2:19.0

Time itself. I don't know. Could it be our friend? It could be our dear friend. Felix overholes a key who has a new book called Better Simpler Strategy.

2:26.0

So we got to talk to him about it. Do you have all of 60 seconds to answer questions about the most?

2:31.0

Exactly. So no, I think young me, we got to go to school with Felix on Better Simpler strategy.

2:37.0

Absolutely.

2:43.0

So in addition to being in the presence of a strategy giant in the form of Felix, we are also in the presence of a tax giant.
