It's our mission to build this football team up around the quarterback position.

This isn't the only spot. We happen to have the greatest of all time to help us and to see clearly

and we're going to lean on Tom as much as we possibly can for his insights because nobody has the insights that he has.

He's that unique. He has been a really exciting part of it exciting to me because he's one

of the great competitors that have ever lived and so for me that's a chance to understand more

deeply what that's all about where that comes from and so uh but but he's this is his his

opportunity to put his stamp on a franchise and And so we're excited to represent that,

that bringing him into it.

Mark has done an incredible job to figure out how to formulate this plan

so that we can all fit together.

And so he's been involved and he's going to continue to be involved,

and we're going to lean on him like crazy.

As Pete Carroll's saying all that at some level, he's probably thinking, you know, I've been in coaching longer than that guy's been alive.

So now I have to answer to two owners, not one, because the main owner doesn't know what he's doing and he knows he doesn't know what he's doing so he has

a minority owner who's going to tell him what to do and i have to filter through whatever tom

says to him whatever resonates with him and who am i really answering to who am i listening to

meanwhile john spy tech the new gm sitting there looking over at pete saying why does he not have to

wear a suit so that was an interesting soundbite.

It is.

And we were just talking.

And it hit me of like conversations I've had with Tom about the ability to have people

just listen to what he's gone through, what he sees.
