This is Inside Michigan Basketball. Here are your hosts, National Champion Terry Mills, and the voice of Michigan basketball, Brian Bush.

Commute here on a Wednesday night, a special edition of Inside Michigan basketball due to the

road game at Wisconsin yesterday. Indeed, the national champ. Terry Mills is alongside and we'll talk

a lot and a lot of great stuff here coming up. We have Jet and Jace Howard scheduled to join us,

but obviously what has transpired just a bit north of Ann Arbor, somber,

somber very difficult, especially considering that there will be a game, Michigan and Michigan

State on Saturday night here at Chrysler Center. It's a rivalry. It's fun. It's always competitive.

But, Terry, we talked about it a little bit during the broadcast yesterday. I mean, it's just

unfathomable what happened up there a couple of nights ago.

Yes, it is.

You know, and, you know, it just, as I said, it puts things in perspective.

You know, you want to talk about rivalry and how much you hate something,

and then you have something like that happen.

It just puts things right back in perspective about this game.

It's really not what it's cracked up to be.

It is, you know, surreal.

Michigan State logos on Michigan helmets and gear and stuff like that.

And I hope to see that continue because obviously everyone in Ann Arbor,

everyone with the University of Michigan,

keeping everyone in East Lansing on their minds through a difficult time. We have Jet and
