Well, it's Saturday afternoon elder Oaks is presiding once again spoiler alert president

Nelson has nothing to say in this session of general conference either he is present

on the stand, but he did not speak in the Saturday morning session he has not spoken

in the Saturday afternoon session one is beginning to wonder if something is up in the past

he has been the most vociferous president of the church throughout the different sessions

of general conference that used to be that a session of general conference could not go

by without him inserting himself somewhere in the proceedings, but now he is uncharacteristically

silent.

But I am starting to worry about that fact.

So president Oaks leads the church in the sustaining of church officers I listen carefully

I did not hear any kind of protest any kind of somebody saying no or anything else it all

appeared to go according to oil I did note that as the camera was panning out over the

audience in order to see all the hands rising or being raised at the appropriate time that

there were a great many empty seats in the general conference center now I know it's

Saturday I know it's Saturday afternoon I know that Sunday is the more popular of the

sessions and yet there were maybe 90% capacity there were at least 10% of the seats that were
