we remain in the thick of the coronavirus worldwide pandemic

and as part of my effort to help those sheltering at home get

through this difficult time I am producing a new episode of Radio Free Mormon

every weekday. This is the fifth week in which I have been engaged in this effort and my goal is to continue putting up a new podcast every weekday until the state of emergency is lifted.

We'll see how long I'm able to keep it up.

Frankly, I'm surprised and somewhat impressed with myself

that I've been able to keep it up this long.

Well tonight's episode is Jen Khan Warmup and as most of you have figured out, that stands

for General Conference Warm Up. The General Conference from two weeks ago, April of 2020.

It has been two weeks since General Conference wound up. The talks are in the can, the

recordings are up on the LDS Church website, and the texts of those talks are up on the

website as well. I read through the several talks that were

in the Saturday morning session of this past general conference over the weekend and I was

surprised at the difference between just listening to the talks and actually reading them.

By reading them I was able to find a lot more things of interest in the talks than I was simply by listening.
