Testing 1, 2, 3, testing 1, 2, 3, this is Radio Free Mormon on the air broadcasting

behind Enemy Lines. Tonight's episode, why are Mormons so fake? Tonight I'm going to be

looking at the talks that were given in the Saturday morning session of the April 2019

general conference. My plan is to do additional episodes after this, one for each session

of general conference, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, general priesthood session,

and then the Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon sessions. At least that was my original

intention was to cover all the talks of the Saturday morning session in this podcast.

However, I quickly found out that the very first talk that was given by Elder Suarez

had in it an element that prompted a lot of thoughts and a lot of realizations on my part

on the issue of why it is that Mormons tend to be so fake, that Mormons tend to be

insincere in their relationships with others that Mormons tend to be inauthentic.

And as one thought led to another and one connection led to another, I found myself doing an

entire episode on this subject. I'm really excited about this podcast. I think that it will

constitute a substantive contribution to the sociological phenomenon of why it is that

insincerity and inauthenticity is so rife among members of the Church of Jesus Christ of

Latter-day Saints. In short, it is because we are taught to be that way, we are trained to be

that way, and we are encouraged to be that way by the leaders of the Church. I hope that right now,
