enemy lines. Tonight we have a special episode in which I am going to interview Bill Reel about

something very specific and near and dear to Bill Reel's heart which is the fact that for a period

of time Bill Reel was involved with, heavily involved with, the organization known as Fair

or more recently known as Fair Mormon. Good evening Bill, how are you doing?

I am doing exceptional RFM. As usual, just glad to have this chance to sit down with you and

have this conversation. Well, let's start off with Fair, now known as Fair Mormon. Let me just

give a brief overview of Fair. I did a bit of research in preparation for this interview with

you. Now Fair stands for what Bill? Is it the foundation of apologetic information and research?

Right? Yes, the questions are only going to get harder. That's okay. It's no problem. It's early.

No, I've got a year in front of me. And I have the same trouble when I'm trying to remember what

it stands for. But it's the foundation for apologetic information and research. It is a nonprofit

organization that was started in 1997. So over 20 years ago now when a group of people got together

it decided they wanted to be in the business of defending the faith, the LDS faith that is

and providing answers to questions and responses to criticisms of the LDS church.

Can you tell the audience a little bit about the different things that

fair, now Fair Mormon, and I'm just going to call it Fair Mormon now because a few years ago,

actually it was August of 2013. They changed their name to Fair Mormon. So I'll just start calling

it Fair Mormon now since that's the name. By the way, Fair Mormon seems to be a problematic name,

given the fact it's been about half a year now that President Nelson, the prophet,

seer, and revelator for the LDS church, has directed its membership not to use the name
