In a world that is so connected, we're connected to social media, we're connected to people around the world.

Why do you believe people feel so disconnected, Paul?

For me, Teresa, I feel like it's they've forgotten the bigger picture of what life here on planet Earth is really all about.

And I know we're going to dive into that.

But when I take it so seriously that I lose myself, my own sense and my own well-being inside of all that,

then everything, everything, I'm at the beck and call of everything.

Everything outside controls me and so forth. And so, you know, I know in my work we talk about,

you know, the energy of radical self-loyalty. I need to reconnect with who I am number one,

take care of myself, number one.

And then I could truly get out in the world and help take care of the family and be of service, do my work, and so on.

So there's this balance of having concern for all that's out there, which I do.

And not getting so caught up in it that I get lost
