I'm a big fan of the show, you know, it's good to be here chatting with you.

Yeah, I want to have you on man because you know regardless of whether it's bodybuilding

classic or men's physique or with any women's division.

We're all kind of doing the same thing and I noticed you when you first

turn pro and I was like this guy's got a crazy physique so you know one of the things I want to talk to you

about is how you developed your physique and how you did you plan everything to be perfectly

proportionate is a genetic like how did you how did you structure your

workouts your training splits to get to where you are now.

One of the things I noticed on your Instagram

was you posted your before and after

from when you started, I think.

Yeah.

And I think, you know what, before we start,

before we get into the into the conversation I wanted to show people quickly

You're who you are for those people who don't know who Rosh is because I have some people who are casual bodybuilding fans.

Yeah. But this is this is a rash. This is probably the best representation.

Keep completely flawless physique. Nothing missing, nothing lagging, very, very impressive.
