It depends on who you're writing your music for.

But if they would do their music for, for people who want to come to a better understanding on how people really are and they did a good job.

You know what I'm saying? All this Iran-Contra stuff and to beat that war, all that's violence to me.

That's real violence. What we're doing is you're not bringing to get out together, anything we can't.

So we tell stories, you know what I'm saying?

They tend to be violent because our world tends to be filled with violence.

I would rather tell the young black man to educate his mind, arm yourself,

and be free and defend yourself,

then, you know, just sit there and turn you

and change. So whatever message that sends out,

that's the kind of message it is.

I'm really, it's happened to the police beat me up in the middle of the street for no reason, just simply because I coast at them,

because they were harassed and I coached them.

And my music, and a lot of the music, it's only talking about the suppressed, I mean,

oppressed, rising up again, the oppressing, that's all, that's what my music I mean, the oppressed, rising up again, the oppressor.
