Growing up, I struggled a lot with math.

I just couldn't make it work.

And as a result, I was often called stupid, useless, and the infamous R word by my tutors.

I'm often locked in a room by myself during math class, so they didn't even have to deal

with me from 1st to 10th grade.

This obviously had a negative effect on me.

Hearing that word now, instantly throws me back to those horrible years and how I was

I was diagnosed with this calculia, or math dyslexia, when I was 24 years old.
