I, a 27 year old man, am a nutritionist and fitness trainer.

My 23 year old wife is a stay at home wife.

She's now 5 months pregnant.

My mum came to our home to help my wife out, as she is having a difficult pregnancy.

She's being made to eat only green leafy vegetables, other veggies, rice, Indian flatbread,

lentils and curd.

My mum makes bland food for her, since she's unable to keep anything down.

My mum is also very strict about her not eating too many oils, sweets, junk, etc.

I make separate food, containing meats, eggs, milk, spices, etc. for myself and my mum.
