0:06.5	Quinn Sean Judkins will not face any formal charges. According to Jordan Schultz over at Fox Sports,
0:14.4	prosecutors have declined to move forward with this case. Schultz then says this clears the way for him to return to the team, and I'm told that

0:26.1	Well then, only a few days after Judkins waved his right to a speedy trial, and it looked
0:33.3	like he may not be back in the NFL, or I should say in the NFL, not even back in the NFL, until
0:39.5	2026, he could be with the team here shortly. Now, I want to unpack this just briefly because
0:45.9	this is still breaking news. We still don't know all of the details. We don't know if the NFL
0:51.5	is still going to issue a suspension.
0:54.5	There is precedent for that in the past, where a player did not face something legally,
1:00.6	criminally, but the NFL still issued his suspension.
1:04.2	And I know the naysayers will say, how dare they?
1:07.1	They'll clutch their pearls, and they'll say that the NFL has no right to do so.
1:10.4	But the reality is the NFL does.
1:13.2	These players are, you know, employees of NFL teams.
1:17.5	The NFL has every right to suspend players regardless of the legal matters.
1:21.9	We do know for a fact the NFL has already been conducting its own investigation, so we don't know what they've found. Honestly,
1:29.2	we really don't know the ins and outs of the legal aspects of this as well. And I suspect we probably
1:34.1	never will get all of those details. But what once looked like a very gloomy outlook for Judkins
1:39.5	doesn't any longer. You know, only a few days ago, I had said, well, I'm just taking them off
1:43.1	of redraft boards. And honestly, I am taking him off of rookie draft boards because I'm going to play the safe. I don't know the outcome. Well, that's changed. Now, I want to be really clear, he doesn't just slide right back to where we previously had him. You know, throughout best ball season, Judkins was going in the range of about
2:01.1	RB 24, RB25, I'd have to look back at the ADP, but basically a back-end RB2 overall.
